New fast radio burst found in area that shouldn’t have any sources

Magnetares... cool. I can't even imagine what would happen to anything that was even close to one of them.

I think death and birth of new stars, nothing really new and where there are stars, you find these anomalies.
Haven't had my dish setup in a couple decades. My best find was a pulsar, long discovered but a surprise given my setup.
I do get a lot of hydrogen spikes late night.
I lost contact with Hat Creek observatory so no inside info, just something interesting to play with.
Still have my RA receiver, maybe someday I will set this all up again.
Cool stuff, betting JWST can shed a lot of light (pun) on the issue.
