Each division , instead of the event patches.

Is there a certain criteria before the patch is activated, like a second or third alarm? What happens if there are two active scenes that meet the criteria in the same division? Thanks.

The patch is per division vehicle. So if there are two fires in the same division, you would need to know which division is at the 2nd fire.
