I've discovered a new Federal UHF Trunk System and they have self-IDed as FCI Florence (Federal Prison).

This system is listed in the RadioReference database in Freemont County Colorado. I downloaded it with Win96 and it works fine. In addition to the other talk groups listed I have found the following:

I think i may not have something programmed right, because i see the id's pop up with no voice. This is my first attempt at a system like this. I have the base frequency set just like the Fremont County data base says, with the control channels. There has to be something that i am missing...What scanner do you have..?

Well i figured it out with a little help from others here..I had everything set right, base, offset, and steps. The only thing i had set wrong..was the CC settings. I had it set on 3600 normal, and i changed it to 3600 table, and it works great. I hope this helps other dummies like me..lol.
