New Feed Applied For Questions

1. Do I need to have the feed active during a pending feed applied for?

2. How long does it take to activate it?

3. I am only broadcasting 1 agency at the moment. New guy to the feed world. I want to make sure I am stable before I start adding more. I will monitor this and check things before I proceed.

4. Anything else I need to know for a newb? I guess if it is kept legit and TOS is observed everyone is happy.
