21280 -seems to be a coordination channel of some sort. I think I heard it called "Coordination D8" once.
This morning there were references to a motorcade and a hotel.
Around 3pm Fairfax-1 was on it and flew over to and landed at Bull Run Park.
Now Fairfax-1 reported being over Landover, MD and preparing to land and then will escort someone out later.
