New Fire Tones for Flagler County

As of today 3 Stations and a Battalion 21 has new tones.

I am recording Flagler County hearing new tones here and there. I'll post them when I get all them together.

I have a question about fire tone outs. I hope this okay to post it here. I was looking earlier about different programs to listen to tone outs. But a lot of them mention uniden scanners, can you do it with a pro 2096?

You can not do it with the 2096. It will work on the 330/396/996 so far. I have the 996 works great use to have the 396 years back.

Actually that's not quite accurate. You can MEASURE tone outs with ANY scanner and the appropriate software. Only the Unidens are set up to actually USE a tone out. Our fire tone out wiki article lists a few such programs, and some are free. Here's the link;

I will do that when I get the list together I hope to have the list done Sun or Mon.

Jacksonville does not use tones anyways. What tones are you trying to monitor?

I got St 22 tone a few months back also have the short tone. Someone told me 44,45,46 uses tones. I can't pick up Jax UHF since I'm in St Johns County. I can pick up the 800 on and off.
