Thank you very much for letting us know.
No mirroring for me now! Great!
I tested AIRSPY R2 on P25 and CAP+

The new difference I see from a very quick test of FMPA 2.41 is that it seems to me to be more prone to noise.
Of course the spectrum is much cleaner when there is no mirroring, which is excellent, but in addition I see unwanted RFI noise where the previous FMPA had almost no noise (even before the stage it was starting to mirror).

I am specifically talking about cellular RFI noise I get from nearby towers and frequencies that is mixed with the strong signals from a nearby P25 site. I am sure I will be the only one with this issue, because in my country the P25 system is from 865 till 870, and the cellular system is from 870...
So I am done for it.

Just for reference here is the new FMPA on top with the long cellular noise humps mixed with a strong P25 site,
and below is the old FMPA flat without the humps (but soon to get mirrored).

Anyway, I will stick with the new FMPA as mirroring is much worse for me.
Thanks again.

I shut down my perfectly working installation, swapped the new FMPA in, tried to start it up again, and got an error: "Required file 'libusb-1.0.dll' failed checksum test".

I didn't touch libusb-1.0.dll. Another of my installations running the older FMPA with the same libusb-1.0.dll (2015-05-03 17:44, 60KB) works fine.

Replacing the new FMPA with the old one (from that working setup) makes the error go away.

Is there a newer/better libusb-1.0.dll that should be used?

Are you running Fastlane? I am and my libusb-1.0.dll is 1/14/2016 94KB. I replaced the original FMPA with the new version and had no problems.

It would be nice if somebody could clarify all the stuff for the new file. I appreciate it thank you
It is only relevant if you have an AirSpy kind of dongle. If so, you can replace the previous FMPA.exe file with the new one. The new file solves the mirroring issues that caused grave reception problems with the AirSpy dongle.

In case you can't read that, use the base files download in the DSD+ Misc menu and update all of your dll files.

Interestingly enough, the libusb-1.0.dll that was in the base files archive was older than the one I had, but installing it solved the problem. Thanks to all of you.
