New freqs for Owensboro Public Safety & City Government

New freqs have been submitted for the Owensboro Public Safety & City Government TRS but there is no LCN with the submission.... rather than assume the new freqs can be plugged into the old freqs I'd rather have the LCN confirmed.... can any one help?

Not sure why someone submitted the "old" frequencies but the "new" frequencies, already listed in the database, are correct.
