I also posted this on scanont this morning.
I've heard some OPP P25 comms on 141.930 and 143.850, mostly this morning at around 1 am. The site was offline yesterday for most of the day, possibly to add frequencies.
I'll be out of the area for the next 48 hours so I decided I'd post these unconfirmed frequencies in the hopes that someone will do my legwork for me, heh heh. Just kidding.
