New Frequencies in St Francois County ?

While doing some searching on the frequencies for “new” frequencies (0f course-lol).
I came across the following frequencies and would like your help in ID’ng them and submitting them to the database here.

Well here goes nothing - - LOL


159.1350 NFM PL of 123.0 Is listed in FCC database. The trafflc heard was of MODOT related type. It sounded like some of the units was calling streets names (uncertain about that)

157.4500 NFM. The traffic sounded like Hospital Security type. One of the units stated that he was in. the “ER” Also heard them talking about the Lobby entrance needed to salted.
The nearest hospital to me is Parkland Health Center North Campus in Bonne Terre MO.

453.4125 NFM PL of 123.0 is listed I the FCC database as “Missouri State of”. The
traffic sounded liked prison type traffic.

Any help would be appreciated and with my thanks.

The 453 prison type transmissions have been around for a while. I heard them too when doing a "search" down that way about six months ago. Could it be the Farmington Correctional Facility? Or is it a phsyc hospital? The 159 freq sounds like an input to a 151 repeater for MODOT. Those are my guesses.
