WQMC383 (FRANKLIN, COUNTY OF) issued, with transmitter in McConnellsburg FULTON. Actual tower is right on the Franklin/Fulton line, so maybe this is still a Franklin System. Does Franklin handle Fulton now?. Either way, looks like some new frequencies.

I believe Cumberland still handles Fulton. Those are probably frequencies for a Franklin county site in Fulton county. That would be a site for Franklin's new t-band P-25 system.
