New Hanover P25 system NAC?

Just wondered if the NAC on the voice channels on the New Hanover P25 system were 1B9 as in the system ID?

I do not know the answer to the question. But for the past month, on the weekends around 3:30 AM to 8:00 AM. I am picking up trunk ID 33072 and it sounds like law enforcement (which law enforcement agency I have not been able to pinpoint) because the phrase "warrant served, suspect in custody" is heard quite frequently on this TGID
