New Harris County Tower

So there's a new tower up about a block away from my house on Harris County property. Address is 310 Fisher, Humble, 77338. Anyone know any info? I'm hoping it's a new Public Safety site.

It doesn't look like there are any licenses or applications yet, just the antenna structure registration.

Could be for one of the planned BATS sites…but that's just speculation.

Broadband Automatic Transponding System

It's a joint project with DPS and Harris county to install these systems. BATS is what provided data services for Harris county for the super bowl.

I vote for a replacement for the tower at Humble PD. So Harris County owns it, it can support more loading and they can control what goes on it. But I could be wrong.
