New Haven PD activity today on 460.150?

I hear a lot of NHPD activity on 460.150. I can't tell what it is but sounds like some sort of event. I also hear what sounds like surveillance activity at times. Does anyone know what is going on today or what this channel is used for these days in NH?

I was down by the green around 11:30 today and they had some sore of short parade with what looked like one of the foot guard bands. I did hear on the frequency some sort of bike rally or something. Not sure exactly what was going on.

Listen to 453.175 also. NHPD uses that for lots of diffrent things.

Thanks, I hear a lot of keying up on this freq and sometimes background noise but no voice. What does NH use this for?
