These licenses are presumably for the new central dispatch operation run by Glenview Public Safety Dispatch but operated at Highland Park. They dispatch for Highland Park, Lake Forest and Lake Bluff.
These are only "Applied For" freqs at this time, they could change.
It appears that they may be taking a page from the RED Center playbook and having a set of simulcast repeaters with a common input rather than distinctly separate freq sets.
