The Fannin Co. Fire Chiefs Assn. is finally getting a real paging system. All Fire Departments EXCEPT Bonham and Honey Grove will use the new pager system. This system will simulcast From the console at FCSO and Bonham FD to the new Tower at Ivanhoe, Bonham and Bailey. The Ivanhoe tower is 350 feet tall and located on High Elevation off of FM 273 and CR 2110. This tower was formerly owned by the US Army COE. The Bailey tower, Which is located between Bailey and Ladonia off of SH-68 & CR 3735 (FCEC/Rayburn Electric). And The Bonham tower Located at the Bonham VA hospital will all be connected to the simulcast.
This is a Motorola voice paging system which will be used with Minitors. The system will operate in Full Duplex (MR) and each department will have a unique tone as well as a Countywide tone.
