New Iowa Statewide freqs

Anyone know when or where I could get new statewide freqs for southern and SW iowa. Have customers wanting new digital scanners programed and no downloads....New to this, Forgive me if this a dumb question or not allowed.

If they have only changed in the past few days, when someone locates them and then submits the additions/changes to a database administrator to be added.

If it has been a couple of months or more, check the statewide listing in one of your counties.
