Just began receiving this the past few days.
Jefferson Township Fire/EMS in Montgomery County is now using their
frequency of 151.2200 (CSQ). This is a simplex channel, not repeater.
This is a simulcast of their 33.700 fire channel.
A look up on the FCC site shows it Pending Level 2 under their existing
VHF low band callsign KQE686.
To be honest, the audio doesn't sound all that great.
