I have progammed my scanner with the frequencies, I have litstened to them before but now I cant. did they go digital?

no, Troop A is not upgrading to SmartZone mixed mode until later this year. When they do upgrade they will not be switching to digital right away.

i was listening to them last week but now it seems i cant, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I live across the bay in the Villas and can never pick them up.

i have no problrm picking them up where i am but today i am having trouble iam am not hearing anything

almost sounds like one of the control channels is not in your list. Verify you have the following 4 freqs and they are set to "M" for trunking.
860.9375
859.9375
858.9375
857.9375

If you are missing the active control channel then the scanner won't trunk track

Check here for a complete list of Troop A frequencies. If you were missing one control channel then you may be missing one or more voice channels.
