New Jersey Transit (South) system HELP!!

I have a BC780xlt (yea its old but I got for $150) with ARC780 . Using ARC780,How do I get it to run the IIi system . when I try to put in the System Fleetmap as B1-S3 in box 1 or b2-s4 in box 2 ( in the box says 1 I try to put in S3)it dont take the S only the 3 ?Im In Camen County ,Do I put in all the freqs. or just the South site? Thanks for the help!

I have that system in my 796D, Even though the DB says Type IIi, I can only get it to work as type I which allows me to put in the fleet map. 3 in block 1 and 4 in block 2. All three control channels (you will notice that one of the southern site and site 1 control channels are the same] Plus I have the other control channel from site 1 entered. and I have it set on control channel only. Right now the working control channel here in the south is 858.3875. Hope this helps.
