I was checking out the FCC website at
http://wireless2.fcc.gov/UlsApp/UlsSearch/license.jsp?licKey=2716816
to see the listed freqs for the Kent County Sheriff's department.
They just got a license to operate (voice and data) in the 4940-4990 mHz range.
What the heck is that all about?
Can those freqs even be scanned (assuming they do use them for voice)?
They were listed as for "private communication."
Oh, I also noticed that most of the frequencies used by Kent County weren't even listed. What's up with that?
Thanks!
