New Mass state police Talkgroup on 17680 onzone 3

I've never seen this talk group on zone 3 before. I've tried every website I can think of and it was not listed. I heard numerous tests this morning. Have any idea what this is?

17680 is Cambridge Fire "Tech A" they were doing some radio testing this AM. Someone in zone 3 must have been affiliated with the TG at that time causing it to be heard there, it is heard on zone 5 at times but not real active.
