Mayo One, the emergency medical helicopter based in Rochester, Minn., Eau Claire, Wisc., and Mankato, Minn.

Mayo MedAir, the air ambulance that flies worldwide:

Mayo MedAir flies worldwide to bring patients to Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn., other Mayo Clinic campuses in Scottsdale, Ariz., and Jacksonville, Fla., other healthcare facilities or home after treatment. Mayo MedAir has transported patients to Rochester from Chile, France, Greece, Holland, Israel, Italy, Kuwait, Monaco, New Zealand, Oman, Portugal, Venezuela and other international sites. Mayo MedAir is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Domestic flights can be scheduled within 90 minutes.

Lukes One, an emergency medical helicopter based in Duluth, Minn.

Neonatal and pediatric specialty team transports, as determined by patient age/condition by air and ground.

They're building a NEW dispatch centre? Or are you just sharing information on an old/existing one?

The ECC is not new or anything, i was there in march and i was there last month. they are still an have always been in the basement of the Genrose Building (Psych Unit ironically) at St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester. The only thing new about Mayo medical Transport is the website. The ECC is still the worst EMS dispatch center i have ever utilized, but i am used to North Memorial's Disptach. MMT's ECC needs 6 Dispatchers to dispatch less vehicles than north, And North, which has 3 Dispatchers durign day and 4 at night, does all of the prearrival intructions to callers for all of teh sites they disptach and also for Lakes region EMS and Monticello Big Lake Hospital EMS. MMT ECC only does pre arrival for Rochester and Mankato
