Keep an ear out for WellFlight 2-8 to key up in the Gettysburg area. I am not sure if they would operate on the same frequency as LifeNet 8-1 in Hagerstown or if they would get a new channel

I watched this helicopter take off from the 911 center on Saturday from ABC there at 15&30 while I was outside eating dinner. They were responding to a crash with entrapment in Mount Joy Twp. They flew the patient to York.

No activity yet on the new licensed frequency but they just showed up on Life Net 81 channel

WellFlight does have at least 1 TG on the WellSpan Health Radio Network.. As far as I have seen, only using it for coms with WellSpan York Hospital.
Heard some traffic today from Well Flight 2-8, on South Central Interoperability Network using TG 120.

TG 120 Is also known as Aero-1 on the system and is usually assigned for the accident scene landing zone.

Yes, exactly what it was. Talking to someone at LZ for a briefing on what to be aware of from someone on the ground.
I entered the frequency with the PL set at search and got a reading of 131.8 . I did not hear any transmission as I was away at the time .
