Read the story. How does $4.25 million become $33 million? If I was a property owner there, as I was for many years, I'd want an answer to the question. Maybe it was just the reporting that was unclear.

Common sense would say it’s a typo. I’m thinking since they already spent 400k on a console and 2b is 600k than this 2a would be 3.3 mil (Not 33mil) and that would come out to….wait for it….right around 4.3 mil.
