NMFD had a repeater up at Co2 a while back, but that may have been for fireground only.

The towers in River Edge and Oradell go direct to Central.

This is VERY easy to solve. Go to Bergen County in the rr database and select SHOW INPUTS. There are NONE listed for 154.160
A good starting point, but not always 100% accurate, especially when it comes to VHF entries. Since VHF does not use a standard repeater offset, there are plenty of VHF repeaters listed in the database that don't have the input listed because it was never fully confirmed. Generally we will at least list them as RM (Repeater/Mobile), however as much as we try to keep the RRDB as accurate as possible, it's a tall order with tens of thousands of listings. 🤷‍♂️

I show that 154.160 PL 71.9 had an input of 158.880 for Northern Valley Interboro Fire Dispatch in Bergen.

I also show 154.160 PL 146.2 had an input of 153.950 for South Bergen Fire Dispatch.

Sorry I am going into the FCC data not the database maintained by RR. I'm looking at ALL the licenses of New Milford and Oradell and trying to match the input frequency. 158.8800 is the input to 154.1600 I remember it when I lived up there. New Milford has the repeater at Co.2 and Oradell uses it

Confirmed. New Milford is operating a repeater on this frequency and CTCSS tone (154.16 CTCSS 82.5). Repeater input frequency unknown. New Milford FD units only being heard in repeat mode. Oradell FD and River Edge FD remain on simplex.

New Milford is licensed for 2 low power VHF frequencies for FIRE currently listed as FG channels KD29123. 158.8800 and 153.8150 (either one would be perfect for a repeater input???
