New MPT-1327 system in Douglas County?

During a search today I found the following vhf MPT 1327 system. I do not know who it is and have not heard any voice traffic on it yet. Douglas County does have a Uhf MPT 1327 system and an Interop channel on 152.6600. Listed below is the data channel frequency/ tone/ id/ and adjacent sites info. Anyone know anything about this system.

It may be part of a new PacifiCorp mpt1327 multi-state system. After checking the FCC site I see where they are buying a huge number of frequencies for a YG - Industrial/Business Pool, Trunked WQPA622

I have some idea now what the frequency bands are for this system:

152.0150 - 152.8500

153.1175 - 153.7100

157.1875 - 158.7100

161.7875 - 162.0375

454 / 459

I also heard two separate transmissions today and they were in fact PacifiCorp (Pacific Power). Both one the same frequency 152.1100 /165.5. One was in Independence and the other from Monroe. Unsure of freq step yet?
