New MPT1327 (461.5375) = Onondaga or Oneida??

Does anyone know who owns the new MPT1327 control channel that recently popped up on 461.5375?

I checked ULS and the frequency is registered to:

WPPD277 BUSH ELECTRONICS INC (Onondaga)
and
WNFM306 BOARD OF COOPERATIVE EDUCATIONAL SERVICES MADISON & ONEIDA COUNTIES DISTRICT

I can decode the control channel (Site: 24593), but I'm also hearing what sounds like idle bursts from Bush Electronic's Passport system transmitting under the control signal as well. I've previously decoded Bush's passport channel on that frequency.

WNFM306 has this location for the frequency:

9284 PRESTON HILL ROAD, CAMDEN, NY, ONEIDA County

I guess timing wise, this could be to support the upcoming school year for those counties. I'm not showing any call activity on the channel yet.

Oneida Herkimer Madison School Cooperative Trunking System, Camden, New York - Scanner Frequencies

They started testing today with 3 radios registering on the control channel.

Looks like they'll be using prefix 002-xx xx for the radios. I wonder if that is to differentiate from JPJ's other mpt system which is using prefix 001-xx xx for all radio and group idents.

There's another new MPT1327 control channel System 24585 on 452.2625 in Deerfield (WNFM306).
