New MSWIN Site in Hancock county.

Apparently there is either a new site or a transplant of a site in Hancock county. WQPH888 shows a MSWIN site in Stennis Space Center. Possibly the Kiln site(150) might have been relocated as it was/is fairly close to the Waveland site(151) or it could be a new site all together. If someone wants to check it out or I'll check it out Friday.

It also appears that the ANSLY Site(152 Port Bienville) has moved up to higher ground closer to Waveland. Same frequencies.

According to the MWCC minutes, this is a new site that has been in the works for a while.
