Passing through Pittsylvania County today, I got a number of hits on 155.13 with a NAC of 450. The database shows this freq with NAC of 400 for Rocky Mount PD. Could there be a change, or maybe multiple NAC's ?

Do you have DSP 1.4 Upgrade in scanner? This is from documentation of DSP U1.4 upgradfe.
New in this version
DSP firmware version 1.4 provides the following enhancement to your PSR-500/
PSR-600 or PSR-500C/PSR-600C trunked scanning receiver:
NAC Search reliability improvements
Minimizes the possibility of a previous NAC displayed on a new transmission.

Yep, I have all the current upgrades. Went through Franklin Co. today enroute Mt. Airy, NC and heard nothing with the 400 NAC on this freq, only 450. In fact, I took one of the 500's and changed all the Franklin stuff to P25 search. Sheriff disp was $100 as expected, both clear and encrypted. BTW, Henry Co. sheriff disp is using NAC 500 on 152.54. It can lock up sometimes because of a STARS tower on 152.5475, maybe around Rustburg?
