They are TGs listed in the RRDB for this new Newton Co system. I didn't know if that was some kind of universal reference to a repeater or some proprietary name they gave those TGs.
It sounds like they are a patch to those Law Disp channels.... that's what I would guess.

Regarding reception, equipment matters also. At my house I have 2 sepaparate discone antennas. One on the house, the other on the pole barn/workshop. The house has the sds200 while the shop has a BCD536HP. Both are fed with LMR400 (although rg6 works fine). The 200 has full signal and the 536 has zero. If I attatch my sds100 to the shop antenna, it has full signal. If the 100 is not connected externally, I have no signal. I'm right between Lowell and Cedar Tucky, just east of Uncle Johns. Just wanted to share what I've experienced here. Wish they would have stayed on Safe-T.

Tbh I wished they wud stayed on SafeT also and added 2 towers or this simulcast to the State system. I like the new system but ive heard couple interop things. One was a conservation unit trying to get county on their old channels. A star cop also. But they just relay the info to the officers cause it don't seem the officers monitor the old TG'.

And about the TGs id say ISP Scan, Jasper Scan etc are maybe for them to listen to those agencies, maybe like that TG 19 patch to Region D or multicasting it. I'm not sure but I'd say most likely that the case. Maybe won't be traffic on it until an incident and they patch it or maybe never maybe it's just for officers to use, to monitor, respond etc. I'm just guessing

Also,

I think the vhf frequency (158.8050) is just connected to the new one and not p25 itself because it dont say p25 for the modulation when there is traffic on it, it has the ct tone 156.7 still so I think it's like just repeated like from off the new system

But both the old TG on state system, vhf frequency 158.8050 are connected and multi casting the TG 4 on new system. The old sheriff dispatch on the state system, sheriff repeater are not being used, they have no patch or nothing. It's now only on TG 1 for both dispatch and unit sides on the new system and not like it used to be with the dispatch side on both VHF and the TG on state system simultaneously and units mostly just on state systems TG responding to dispatch.

Dispatch used to key up the vhf repeaters for either Police or FD, EMS and the TG on the state system for the police or whoever. So when dispatch wud Dispatch for the police it wud be on the vhf repeater 155.0700mhz and the sheriff TG (12091) on the state system.

Then when they wud Dispatch for FD, EMS they wud key up the vhf repeaters (158.8050 north repeater, 151.4675 north repeater, 154.0475 south repeater) and the TG 12083 on the state system and say what they needed. So it's essentially the same as what they are doing now for the FD, EMS, except different ways they have them connected and the north vhf repeater isn't being used right now and the south vhf repeater I'm not sure if it's being used either right now.

I think the reason for FD, EMS is maybe paging related, or maybe all EMS, FD, EMA have not got all their radios yet so if a person with an old radio spoke it would use the old system but still transmit thru the new system and maybe why patches. So whether it stays that way or not who knows.

It would be great if they repeated Lake on the new system, since I can't get them very well here in Renss. But like I said, I haven't heard any comms on their Scan TGs so far. ... Also I still hear NC being repeated off the Monon site a lot, like they always have.

I have been running Pro96Com on the new NC system and it seems that they are triple casting on 3 diff sites at once, on the Monon site, on their old site and on the new system. As several of my scanners show this when they do comms.

It shows me no patches, no license, no site neighbors, nothing. It don't show me nothing, where can u see this, like what menu's etc on pro96com? I'm still kinda new to pro96com can u attach screenshots for it so I can see how u see they are triple casting to the SafeT sites of Monon and Morocco.

On side note, I seen the ISP Scan, Jasper Scan, Lake Scan and it was just affiliations on pro96com, but one had voice traffic of radio tech saying testing. The radio IDs with these were lower 3010s, like 3011, 3012. The Region D Mutual Aid patch has the same number area radio ID, it is 3010 I believe it was.

Dispatch is radio ID 3001, regardless of which dispatch person.

There was also a test of TG2 which is encrypted also. As it's between law dispatch and swat is probably another law enforcement TG.

They also got Law Dispatch connected to the SafeT sheriff TG now. It's like repeating traffic. It's not like before where dispatch was on each (vhf, SafeT TG) and the units would talk mostly on SafeT, but sometimes on vhf, whatever the unti chose.

Dispatch wud key up both vhf and SafeT TG simultaneously when doing and dispatch or traffic. Now the traffic is repeated on SafeT sheriff TG from the new TG 1 law dispatch, cause the traffic always shows a Radio ID of 5610217 ( I think) on SafeT unless it's a unit that don't have the new system like DNR x10 or state units, then it shows their normal ID.

So it's not like before traffic is being repeated on the old system from the new one it seems, especially based on Radio IDs. Maybe they hook up vhf next on sheriff side.

Also they changed the audio levels today. I noticed it loud as heck I had turn in down, so audio level have been raised a pretty good bit on the system

Was radio techs testing on TG 101 today for several hours. Doing 1,2,3, 3, 2, 1 counts.. saying copy no drop out. .. clear no drop out... Loud and clear no dropout etc...

Then saying let me move the CC to the other antenna to simulate what another guy was there the other day. Then testing again after switching the CC. Heard also say dropped down to 105 but still seemed to be working for me.

Saying dropped down to no bars for there for a minute, then back up to 3 bars and everything sounds fine. Then saying let me unstrap this, the run other channels and log on each channel.

Also the channel numbers I got which are different than what I'd thought they were.

770.08125 Ch1
770.09375 Ch4
771.08125 Ch2
771.09375 Ch5
772.20625 Ch3
772.70625 Ch6

If I'd guessed I'd say they wud been Ch's1-6 as they went from lowest frequency to highest frequency. They were testing in Morocco a town roughly 4-5 miles north of the south tower, one was walking around on foot it seemed cause he referenced that he was about to be eatin, by a dog.

Na, just normal 2 CCs. 770.08125 and 770.09375, those are actually the only ones I have programmed in, I took out the other 2 (771.08125, 771.09375) that pro96com said were AC while back.

From what I've seen in the past week or so, is the 770.08125 and 770.09375 CCs are on a daily rotation and rotate each morning, between 2-6am... I'll try pin down the exact time soon.
