New Nexedge Repeater in Greensboro, FL

I am picking up a new Digital Nexedge Ham Radio Repeater. The frequency is 147.390. Doing a web search shows it to be Greensboro, Florida. The audio is breaking up on me bad and am unable to confirm its location. Can anyone confirm that this Repeater is on the air in Greensboro, Florida.

I heard the owner of the 147.390 NXDN repeater a few times haven't heard much about it or from the guy so not sure what is the status of the system sorry I can't be much help on this. The website below is what it's connected right now.
