New NHP talkgroup out of Elko

I found a talkgroup on the Nevada Shared Radio System in the Nevada Highway Patrol Talkgroups. It's
10-011. This is not listed in the R.R. Talkgroups and I named it Elko 5 in my scanners until I find any further info. or more is submitted.

Just so its out there, If you don't hear NHP out of Elko for a time this is because they are on another talk group not listed in RR. I have found them on talk groups 10-025/10-026/10-032.
