New Northeast Alabama Trunk System

For some reason when I download this system from the database, it gives a nothing to scan error. I see the service tags are right, freqs are ok. SDS200 and SDS100 both give same error.

In the profile, are Download and Monitor both turned on for the favorites list?

Yes. Keyed it in manually and it is scanning ok. I'm guessing it's the download.

It could still be a service type problem. If you entered it manually, the service type defaults to Custom 1. You can also have the quick key turned off if the favorites list has one. If that is the case, press the favorites list quick key number and E on the keypad.

I had heard that this system was encrypted. Was planning on investing in a P25 Phase II scanner for the first time. Primarily would like to monitor ANAD and Fort McClellan Range Control. Are these systems able to be monitored? If not, I don't want to waste my money. Thanks in advance!
