New OHP talkgroup

I've come across 44432, in analog in the past few days it seems to be active this evening. Making a reference to "Central" as the talkgroup name. Not entirely sure. The radios IDs appear to also be logged into AM1.

I know Pott Co SO dispatch is referred to as "Central"

I have also noticed someone submitted 42192 as OTA or was this OTA talking to OHP? Anyone know?

Where can I find a list of the five-digit talkgroup identifiers for Central Oklahoma?

Is there anyone in the OKC area who would be interested in helping me get my feet on the ground with monitoring? I have a couple of older trunking scanners and a cable to load data on the Bearcat.
