This morning I can receive Mangum and it's not showing any new neighbors.

Now I can receive Baker Peak and it's showing a new nieghbor CC 1-44 860.9875.

My agency is still waiting to add a TG to OKWIN. Taking foreverrrrrrrrr

I don't have Elk city or Weatherford programmed in but, As you can see the wildly different RSSI values )162-300). I suspect that I'm receiving the talkgroup and frequency from Elk city or Weatherboard tower. I think it's too strong to be Weatherford.

857.7125 isn't from Weatherford or Elk City.
It is used at Mangum, Lawton and some other sites.

Lawton and Mangum is what I'm showing. I still can explain the wide range in the RSSI.

RSSI means nothing without knowing the units of measurement used and how it was generated.
What kind of recever and what did you use to make that table?
Changes could be from propagation, interference, your antenna location or something else.
How far are you from Lawton and Mangum?

I don't know what value the RSSI represents but, the number are generated are from a BCD996P2 W/DMR upgrade. They are from the log file created from the 996P2 with a Remtronix REM-842B back of set antenna I'm not concerned with what they represent. Im talking about the differences in the signal strength that range from 165 to 300 in a relative short time. Before Tuesday they never fluctuated more than 10-12 units. Now that vary 135 units. something has changed somehow. The distance is Mangum 35 Miles and Lawton 60 Miles.

Now I can receive Baker Peak and it's showing a new nieghbor CC 1-44 860.9875.

Site 1-28 also showing new neighbor 1-44 860.9875. I can't receive it all that often and don't know when it changed.
I'm not able to receive any other sites N or W of Lawton today.
