new OKWIN sites in Elk City and Weatherford

Both Weatherford & Elk City site NAC's show 92A today.

I haven't been able to receive anything in that area including the new sites in a long time.
This morning I can receive Mangum. It's showing a new neighbor 1-43 857.2125.

Site 43 is elk city, they're both very active
