Is the NOFD still unencrypted??

It was last month when I was there for a couple of days. Police and EMS each have one encrypted TG, but the rest is clear.

NOPD, NOFD, NOEMS and other NOLA agencies are remaining in the clear. They all have at least 1 encrypted tg, but 99% of traffic is itc. When most of SELA LEA's went to full encryption, New Orleans was one of the only ones to stay "transparent and open"...
