Welcome to the forum. The helo's will likely be welcome, but you may want to touch base with the operational area command to make sure what you need is correct. Having said that, there is a list of freqs available in RRWiki (link at top of page). Look for Hurricane Katrina link then scroll down near mid of page. Keep in mind, these freqs are submitted without any verification.
