My problem?? I have no idea where to start. Is there someone out there who will program this for me? I live in Nevada, Mo. 64772. Willing to pay a small fee to get it programed for Raymondville, Tx. Willacy County and any surrounding counties that use freq that can be used with this scanner. I live in Nevada, but we winter in Raymondville Tx. I get our local police thru RadioReference.
