Just received my new HP-2 I purchased online for $380. Been an owner of the HP-1 for the past 6 years and have really enjoyed it. Just wanted a scanner with phase 2 capability preparing for change with some of the agencies in my area. I own a RS pro-668 which I carry in my car but wanted the HP-2 for a home base scanner.
