New Owner Problems

Ok just received my new 536 HP. I am having my problems with entering the keys for both the DMR and Provice.

Ok (1) the sn on the provice does not much the ESN. I mistakely left the last two digitals of SN off. The serial # should read as follows
37526068001379 with a check sum of 135.

(2) I can not enter the keys the both PROVICE and the DMR.

Other than the radio seems to be working right.

Input the key using the scroll knob to select a digit or dash (not the keypad) just as you would enter a text tag. Be sure to input the numbers and the dashes exactly as given.

Use the <4 and 6> key to move left or right to the digit position when inputting the key, do not press "E" until the entire key is entered.

The key you got matches to the ESN that you entered (I checked it). The SN is not used to generate the key.

Make sure you enter the hyphens.

All keys are entered and scanner is working fine.
