I want to retract that. I did not mean to imply it was Dulles. All the IWN sites are being re-configured (WACN/Sys_ID/site/sub-site). I mean to post that Dulles, and now a lot of other sites have new similar personalities as that. I will soon start a thread on that (may be later tonight with the ones I know).

1.95 is at the ATF Firearms and Ammunition Technology Division facility adjacent to the Martinsburg VA Medical Center. Probably the visible antenna on the side of the building near the road. Not very high and rather limited coverage.

Yes, that frequency is used by 2 sites in the system *and was used before the reconfiguration which essentially mostly changed the WACN, system ID, NAC, site, and sub-site numbers (it is a different contractor). Need the site-number to be certain which you are hearing. The NAC is the same (717) for all the system.

Was wondering where all the low NAC numbers went ..... 10 ..11 --- I found the new thread that you started in the beginning of the year. Will read through and get up to date. Only hear the system when conditions are better (like this morning) so was trying to id who it was using 717. Looks like lots of changes everywhere.

I did a little bit more digging here on RR and the frequency of 173.9000 is under the IWIN RFSS 14 site 1 Rockville which I find interesting.
