The database has GPS coordinates for the Green Forest site of: 36.0, -93.0
The FCC license shows the coordinates to be: 36.29194, -93.43583

As you note, this is a 31.6 mile difference.
I thought maybe I could hear the Osage tower in Newton county but nothing as of yet.
I live just south of Jasper up high on Mockingbird Hill. I can pick up the Osage site no problem. So far Ive only heard law enforcement traffic. I'm running a UID Logger/Recorder with my SDS200 and ProScan. I'll submit anything new to the database

Made some location adjustments to the SDS 100 and am hearing Green Forest tower pretty regularly in Harrison and Western Grove.
They're probably gonna be adding the fire departments this week to the system. Not 100% on that. Im headed over their Thursday to tour the new system.

What radios did they go with? Is it going to be FD/Law for all of Carroll County?

Came over to Berryville for the day, conventional frequencies still have a handful of activity, P25 is used as well just about the same rate, no new TGs as of yet so it could be that they are still working on getting everyone on the system.
No use of the TG on AWIN for the county, so safe to say that it is likely no longer is use.
Maybe we see more TGs on the county system within the next few months?

Holiday and Osage can latch a control channel, but doesn’t grab any traffic

They are still working on some of the links between sites so it's possible that there just wasn't traffic on those towers at that time.
I have a ham repeater at the Green Forest site and work with the crew putting the system in. Top notch stuff!
New talk groups have been active this week, 1004-1005- 1006- 65191 and 65184. I haven't been able to listen close enough to see who it might be but have caught them with Proscan.
I am actually headed to Berryville tomorrow afternoon, planned on bringing the scanner anyways but knowing this, definitely gives me a bit of homework to do
Will report back on findings if I do make any
Thus far no real luck on getting anything off the new channels, did a hourish discovery run on it off of Green Forest, 80 hits on 1024 (this seems to be CCSOs main dispatch) and 3 hits on 1003
