New P25 System in Durham Region?

I am picking up a P25 system, sending a continuous tone on 422.0375 (NAC:293), that is very strong in Durham region. Not sure if it is a new system or a new RCMP site.

Speculation, but could it have to do with the investigation of the out-of province murderer who killed and injured his family in Oshawa? They are using the default NAC and the only assignment for that frequency is out in Milton.

I've caught some sporadic P25 out here on 421.5625 in the last hour (no decoder running so nothing to contribute in that regard) but also a Morse ident of CZR581.

The TG:1 tone on 421.0375 is still going. I am assuming that they are using it to map out the reception/signal quality. 423.0375 is the TX'r for OnQ network at the Baltimore site 38. Not much traffic via that site, pretty much just Ace Delivery. Every once in a while, IMOS will show up, when they are operating in the far east of Durham, when they are not using their simplex.

421.5625 is weak signal from my location in Campbellford. I was out road tripping today and got it full strength in Stirling, Ont. Still continuous tone going on.
