New P25 trunk system or not!

While scanning the 850-864 band i came across a control channel that was digital so i programmed it in my scanner(396t). I live in port lavaca texas (calhoun county, texas) and can not find anywhere in this area where this system could be from. the freq. is 860.3625. the SID is 0280h-0101. the WACN is BEE00. i am wondering if anyone could tell me in information on this system. I have heard some police traffic on it but manily railroad related traffic. Just curios on where or what this system is for. thanks any thing can help.

I wonder if this system belongs to Union Carbide? I read someplace they were buying new digital radios for their facility in Texas. In fact, I just looked up their license and they have modified it for Project 25 modulation.

I strongly suspect that you found their new P25 TRS.
