New Pafford EMS Channel In Rogers County?

Anyone in the claremore area know if Pafford is switching frequencies or what the deal is? I found this pending for the same address and area of frequency as Pafford EMS in Rogers County.

I've just put the three frequencies in my Pro-2067 that I use as a base while surfing the net and just had a hit on 461.300 Mhz with a DPL of D351. Charlie 4 & charlie 7. Sounds like security at a hospital.
