New Palmetto Site ??

I have seen news of a new Palmetto 800 site around north Hartsville to help fill in the gaps in Chesterfield County. This may be the new license.

ULS License - Public Safety Ntl Plan, 821-824/866-869 MHz, Trunked License - WQLF345 - SC Budget & Control Bd (DSIT)

Anyone in the area might go ahead and program these frequencies in as a new site to see if anything comes up.

The Region 37 Letter states it is a Simulcast of the Chesterfield tower.

thus confirming it is a new site after many years!
Though I am wondering if its cost effective to build out expansion on the old Palmetto 800, when they are working on the Palmetto-25.
