New police talkgroup 37813

Has anyone noticed a new very active talkgroup 37813, I havent exactly nailed down what it is but is a police dispatched channel thats only been active for a couple of days. Has anyone else been listening to it or figured out the location, maybe Proctor or Hermantown police possibly.

I just heard a dispatch for squad 63 and 64 to go up to the Spirit Mountian Villas to bust up a loud party. It must be a second DPD dispatch channel.

DPD is using that talk group for training.

In my area, if I want comedy, I just listen to the DoT snowplow drivers during a snow event... Those folks can talk for hours. But, you get good info on what condition of the roads are. Thanks Plow drivers!
