New Pro-106 Handheld Scanner

Is there anyone in the Anderson area who knows how to program the Palmetto 800 into the Pro-106 scanner? The local RS store was able to load information into the scanner but what they have listed as Anderson County is actually Anderson City. I really need Anderson County talkgroup information I believe. I am not very experienced with the scanners and so some of the information that I have found on this website have been above my understanding. Any help would be really really appreciated as I am beyond frustrated.

An important piece of programming equipment is the RS USB programming cable (part# 20-047). Another is the free trial of Win500. If you can't get anyone near you to program the radio, and you get Win500 and the USB cable, I'll send you a file that contains the Palm 800 system for your area. Another question: what radio program did the shack you bought your scanner at use? Was it ScanCat lite, or was it Win500. There is a huge difference in how well the ScanCat lite works on GRE brand scanners. Do not hesitate to ask questions
I was lost on the 106 until importing one of my 96 files to Win500.
